The Trek 7300 is a nice bike. Someday you might want a speedier lighter one, but for now I bet it'll work out well.

If you live in Loosiana you probably won't have to struggle to get it up a mountainside, as it will be a bit heavier than a CF bike.

And I keep my bike in my bedroom. I'm not a gun owner and we don't have a dog, but my cat will annoy the crap out of you if you attempt a break in.
