No need to come to the Fort if you don't want. I'm guessing the best place to meet might be Cox Point park. I'm remembering that you went there on some ride last year. True? Anyway, just over the Eastern ave bridge and south on Margaret.
Lemme think... Harry and I could leave Fort McHenry by 7:30AM. Cox point park is at 38mi. So, maybe we meet up with NR there at 10:30AM. Harry could head home (another 11mi) which gets him back a little after noon with a 50mi ride. NR could do the rest of the "points" and drop out along Mace at the 88mi mark also with a 50mi ride.
