Yeah, the only thing that didn;t seem to ring tru for me was the top tube to stem measurement. It seems they wanted me about 3 inches farther stretched out than my bike is now.... used to have a longer flatter stem on there and my neck and back were killing me.
So far I've done about 50 miles on the trainer and everything feels pretty good to me. The big test will be this weekend when I get out on a club ride, if the rain doesn;t come back!

If you go in and get fitted at WS they look at your flexibility overall at the final fit. That said, when they took my measurements the stem length was spot on. Top tube length really depends on your flexibility.
