If you really want a proper reach comparison, it should be done with the same stack height. One of the frames should have the reach adjusted to the stack height of the other. Spacer and/or stem angle would be used to produce the same stack height on each bike. In this case, the difference isn't large at just over 2mm, but the true reach difference is only about 8mm, not 10.
