If you already want another bike, this is a good enough excuse.
Otherwise, work on the engine is more likely to produce satisfying performance and endurance gains.
FWIW, I rode a century in the Rocky Mountains last summer, and was delighted to find an older couple (70s) on LWB 'bents chugging up the mountainsides.
As for the Cypress, while I once rode mine 72 miles, I wouldn't recommend it.
