Just wanted to start a new trhead on those people who have more than 1 road bike and their reasons why.

Some answers I would expect:
1) Each bike has different function (track, cyclocross, touring, race)
2) One expensive and one cheaper bike
3) Bikes of different frame materials
4) Bike of different brands/origins
5) Vintage/new bike collection
6) one double one triple

I'm thinking of getting a steel, relatively cheap yet foreign or at least different bike (bianchi eros or something along those lines) sometime in 2005 and just thought this thread may give me ideas (not too mention give peeps a chance to show off their wares.
