Hello

I am Tim from New Orleans. My first post here. I am trying to sand/prep an old murray banana seat bike frame so i can paint it.
What do y'all suggest I do.. wet sand, dry sand, sandblast?? it doesnt have to b e pefect so i didnt opt for chemical stripper.
