my weeks are disruptions disrupted by training, I dont even know what a schedule is anymore.

train as your time permits.

let legs decide the intensity in your situation. i.e. try the hard intervals a day early, you'll find out if you can complete them. if so, do, if not, chill and ride easier. hard part will be deciding if it's the legs telling you to/not to do more or the brain.
