I ran that crank and Centaur shifters with shimano everything else for a year(using a shiftmate for the shifters) before I finally switched everything over to Campy. I didn't have a single issue.

I could be wrong but I don't think there are any brand specific specs for a 10 speed(or 9 speed for that matter) front chain ring. Otherwise there would be a bunch of compatibility charts telling you which FSA or Zipp crank was compatible with Campy or SRAM or Shimano.
