When you are riding at traffic speed and someone pulls up next to you like you are not there do you ignore it and hope it doesn't hurt too much if they knock you down? When someone passes so close that you are lucky their mirror didn't clip your elbow do you admire their driving skill? When someone fails to stop and violates your right of way in such a way that avoiding t-boning their vehicle requires good bike handling and a significant amount of luck, do you thank the driver for providing you a challenge?

I almost had a road rage incident back in December. A fratboy was going to run a stop sign, saw me, stopped, waited, and then realized if they floored it I might not hit them. So they tested their thesis, and it proved to be correct, barely. I almost chased them down, but realized they probably had an SUV full of fratboys and it might not work out in a way that would be pleasing to me.
