There are many defintions of chain suck.
One is the chain sucks as in it is worn or squeaky. Second is the chain is always sucking things in its path like small children and farm animals. Third is the chain can not stay in place and is always being sucked off the bike.
OP...that is chain slap not suck, slurp or even squirt or somebody took a round file to that frame.
