I find it highly unlikely that a bunch of losers with nothing better to do than post to Bike Forums when they're on the job are going to resolve the question about the correlation between ethnicity and crime. As for pepper spray you may need a permit to carry it as well where you live and it may be no more or less legal to carry concealed than a firearm.
