Prejudice simply means to judge (judice) before (pre) being aware of all the facts. You assumed the bike is stolen based on the price, seatpost, and paint job. You assumed he is young based on, well, I have no idea.
In principle, it is no different than assuming a person is a criminal because of the colour of their skin, or assuming someone is a terrorist based on their religion.
