I was just kidding about that but shipping to canada isn't that much harder than within con u.s - (I get this all the time from ebay sellers). I do the reverse and it's a matter of ticking an extra like 2 boxes to get stuff sent from here to the states.

At any rate the OPs test above in post #13 is too ambiguous to tell whether or not it's definitive. It certainly isn't to me. I mean a pre-built new bike having an ISO bb on it by default would be unusual. I'd like to start refuting the evidence one by one but i'm going to drink some whiskey instead.
