If I was in a single room like that and didn't have a roommate to consider, I'd not have any problem keeping two bikes in there. People have already given you a couple of ideas.

On the other hand, one of those two bikes would be one strictly for city riding, one that could hold up to that and also that I wouldn't have any tears if it were damaged or stolen. The other would be the bike I'd use for long weekend rides and/or racing, like you want to do.

So you need to decide how you're going to change your two bikes into three:

1. the "city bike" described above"
2. the other bike described above (probably the bianchi you have)
3. a bike to leave at your folks home.... what will you primarily want to do there? Will the SS do or do you need another multi speed bike?
