Is this enough data to calculate an FTP?

I was on the rollers, warming up for 10 min. and doing a 35 min. workout somewhat of a time trial style. Wasn't completely wasted at the end of the workout and my HR monitor didn't work for the 2nd session.
So is this enough to get a baseline read to set an FTP?

Entire workout (209 watts):
Duration: 35:58 (43:05)
Work: 445 kJ
TSS: 47.4 (intensity factor 0.896)
Norm Power: 210
VI: 1.01
Pw:HR: -2.25%
Pa:HR: -3.43%
Distance: 13.999 mi
Min Max Avg
Power: 0 258 209 watts
Heart Rate: 124 153 144 bpm
Cadence: 46 105 95 rpm
Speed: 9.6 26.7 23.7 mph
Pace 2:15 6:16 2:32 min/mi
Hub Torque: 0 80 57 lb-in
Crank Torque: 0 297 186 lb-in
