My shape kinda went flying out the window. Then my husband got irritated with my irritability and bought me a trainer with an adaptor so I can use my recumbent. First day it arrived, I had it assembled in 15 min and spent 1 hour on it. 2nd Day, I spent 1 hour 15 min. Today, I'm hoping for 1.5 hours.

It's not as good as road cycling, but it is far easier on my back and ankles than just about any other exercise and I get an extra boost knowing that it's helping build me back toward my longer distances when the good weather returns.

It's given me a kick in the butt with eating better and I've lost 2.5 pounds this week and feel the best I've felt since the snow and ice arrived.
