Keep in mind that the Kilo frame measurements are center-to-center and not center-to-top. You'd PROBABLY need a 47cm Kilo but I would give them a call and talk it over with them first.
Are we sure on this, because I have a 58cm Fuji which is Center to top, which is too small, and then I have a winter 63cm center to top which is just right...so 60-61cm would be perfect if its center to center...Also, has anyone dealt with bikeisland.com...specifically http://bikeisland.com/cgi-bin/BKTK_S...ls&ProdID=1084

I just need the Kilo TT frame, not the components. Thanks
