If your prescription lenses are small enough you might be able to use cycling glasses as dorky overglasses.
I picked up a pair of glasses with rx inserts from Performance. the inserts prescriptions just didn't work, so I returned them. On a whim I tried putting the sunglasses over my regular glasses and it fit fine.
