We've had some upgrades that were denied that previously wouldn't have been. Even when getting our USAC Coach to vouch for the guys we're getting nothing.

These aren't out of line upgrade requests, but are just shy of the rules.

In general it seems like USAC is tightening up things around here and was just wondering if any of you were seeing the same thing....

FWIW - some of this seems to be due to a ceasing of reciprocity that used to exist between ABR and USAC.
