I don't practice those rules. Last time I drank a beer might have been 10 years ago. Maybe 6 or 7 cups or cans of beer in my entire 45 years of life on this earth. Being raise a Catholic, consuming alcohol is against my religion. Nobody ever said anything about riding a bike!
