It's about trying to hold a good pace consistently. Don't sprint off at 26!
REminds me of th efirst time I was in a paceline. I got up front and didn't slow down to rotate in. Ride leader came up behind me grabbed my jersey pulled me back and in no better terms told me to stop being an a**, then explained exactly what Beanz said. Hold off on the sprint till you close in on pre determined sprint points and only if you did your time up front.
