I was in a similar situation to you and bought a £50 luxeon cycle headlight.

I then discover a $25 q5 torch outperformed it entirely and effortlessly.

I upgraded the luxeon by fitting a cree r2.

The $25 q5 torch still outperformed it entirely and effortlessly.

Then i bought a p7 torch.

My recommendation to you would be to buy a torch, probably a p7.
