I even ride with a camo backpack for when I heat up and need to shed the jacket. My long rides are all 20 miles, so my ass doesn't really hurt or anything and it's a lot more fun. Anything longer than that is a bit too tedious for my tastes, although I do hammer for the 20. When I see people wearing full kit with shaved legs it doesn't bother me in the least, although I do enjoy passing them wearing street clothes.
