Ok so I am way new at this, and really am not sure where to start looking.

Looking for a Mt Bike to hit the woods lightly and get to work 2-3 days a week (bout 8 miles a week total)...Not sure what to look for, there is so much out there.

In shape 170, 5'11", 30 years old...


Looking for a versatile all a round good bike, can spend 5-700 USD......

As I said, some off road and lot's of bike to work....
