I think the answers in this thread will have shown you the silliness of your assumptions about why that bike is on that rack. If they haven't, they should have. Ride your own ride, mind your own business and stop making up stories about why other people are doing what they're doing; just because you can't instantly think of a good reason to do it, doesn't mean a good reason doesn't exist.
