I agree, the cooling is definitely an issue as I was doing the 2x20min effort without a fan and only my cycling shorts on. I was sweating buckets which possibly could lead to the light headed feeling during the effort.
Definitely a problem then. I have a big box fan right in front of me when I do indoor workouts, and still, an hour long trainer session will have me losing a couple pounds of water weight. Weigh yourself before and after and you'll see what I mean.
