Bikes: 2007 Avanti Giro Pro with 07 Ultegra and Mavis Krysirium Wheels

Nice morning. Slight headwind. Quite warm. 21mins 10.79kms Avg 29.8kms. I want to get under 20mins. First time this week under 22mins mostly because of the southerly wind.
