Anyone who installs a bike lane is morally obligated to keep it free from anything which might cause injury to human beings (not to mention taxpayers.)

By the way, my cousins live in Boulder, as did my Grandma (Baseline Drive since 1920's) and my parents live in Estes Park.
Anyway, I've wondered what it would be like to ride up the steep mountain roads and then BACK DOWN!
