You misunderstood my post. He rode VERY hard, won the TT, attacked on B. Doon Road - he could NEVER have done that if this broken sacrum was very debilitating or painful. Not a chance in my view. I'm sure he's taking time off the bike to heal, but that it didn't kill him that bad during the race.
