You're lucky you live in an area were traffic can only go so fast along so many routes. Most of my roads around here are 45 mph and up, so I'm the always the one getting passed. I really want that experience of passing car after car after car, etc.

reckless you use, it doesn't necessarily apply to Joey's riding. He's a scofflaw for sure, but his actions are practiced and calculated.
