USA Cycling certifies coaches, though I'm not sure how many coaches actually take the time (or spend the money) necessary to get certified. Their website has a search feature... somewhere. I would also check with local bike shops; several in my area have bulletin boards where people post flyers for coaching services. And, of course, the guys who race are more than happy to talk to you about who you should be using (or what you should be doing, if they happen to do a bit of coaching on the side). If BF has a regional forum that corresponds to your area, you could ask there. Finally, you might attend some local bicycle races and see who the guys there are using for coaching.
