We upgraded to the Reynolds Ouzo Pro Tandem fork, Carbon captain's handlebars w/stem, Dura-Ace front brake, and replaced a wore out rear derailleur with a 2008 XTR. Weight reduced from 38.33 lbs. to 36.92 lbs. We hope to get our first ride in tomorrow.
