Sell your Allez wheels on CL.. and try bicycle wheel warehouse for fixed wheels. They have the Mavic CXP22 wheels w/formula hubs. They include a 15t cog/lockring. I believe they run about $160 shipped. Not very flashy, but a durable wheelset.
+1. That's the exact set I was thinking of! I believe the formula hubs roll on sealed bearings, if memory serves me right. Not a bad set of wheels for $160.
