I was the recipient of a accidentally-on-purpose delivery from UPS. It wasn't a bicycle though - it was a telescope! With a perfect steel work shoe impression through the box, and the telescope kicked in - several times.

The seller sent me a new one after one phone call to describe my findings. Sent it back (shipper's expense) by UPS. Seller sent me a new one - by Federal Express.
