I like that Gino mount for front rack fork bosses. I've been considering integrating such a mount into the front lowrider racks I'll be making in my welding class. That won't be for a while yet. Right now I'm still learning to sew my own bike bags and such.
In any case, Schwinn Mod headlights aren't that hard to find but half of the ebayers are asking way more than they can ever hope to get. You can add a rechargeable NiMH pack and dumb charger from batteryspace.com for about $30. I just screwed one on to my front rack last year.
