I did switch out the stock bars for bullhorns (the stock bars were fine, just wanted a more reasonable bar for alleycats, though with the wind how it is lately, I want some drops again). The stock stem is a little long, but not too bad (idmitch, you'd probably be fine with it since you're more flexible than I am). I ride my friend's 53cm Iro for kicks sometimes, and that has measurements of around 52cm instead of the 53cm Kilo's 55cm (ish) measurements, and that fits fine as well (though the seat tube on his is already a bit high and I'd want it higher). I think going up to a 55cm Kilo would be a little much (I only have a fist of seatpost, and would want to swap the stem for something maybe 90mm instead of 110cm).
Hope that helps you folks.
All the bike fitting experts just cried a little bit!
