Dura Ace 7800 ......vibration on pedal stroke

This is a cross-post with the mechanic section, but I've only had one reply up there............

I have recently completed the build of a brand spanking new bike.
It has complete Dura Ace 7800 on it (chain, cassette, cranks, etc)

When turning the crank, there seems to be a bit of a grind when the chain is in motion.
It is noticeable in every gear combination but is more pronounced in higher gears.
It's noticeable enough that you can feel it in the pedal stroke and the vibration is apparent in the down-tube.

Is this normal for DA 7800? Do I just need to break the stuff in so that the teeth on the chainring wear down a bit? Do I need more lube on the chain. The bike has zero miles on it (but I did ride it around the block)

All of the parts were purchased new. The local bike shop did an frame alignment check (custom frame) and measured every part of the bike, wheels, derailluers for spec compliance. Everything checked out. There is no grind in the BB when the chain is off the rings and it spins freely and smoothly.

Different rear wheels, RD, and cassettes were even tested on the bike. We even tried different chain lengths.

What do you think?

TIA
