buy an old road bike frame and do another conversion. I think those are the coolest. My favorite factory made frame is Trek's, but that is out of your price range. The red Trek track frame is SICK, though. If you want cheaper, I suggest the black/red Pista used, a steam roller, or a swobo sanchez
