I grabbed the one from
here which was last updated Jan '06. Is there a more recent one somewhere? This one doesn't jive with the version inside of WKO+.
I added a small modification where you can input your weight and power markers and it will highlight the appropriate cell. The results were so far off of the WKO profiles it's practically useless.
