Man, you gotta build it up how you want it. You are a member of a bike forum so you obviously know a lot about bikes. How are we supposed to know what your style is? I will tell you if you are looking to drop cash on a seat that the Brooks seats look good depending on the color of your bike. The green Kilo looks good w/ brown Brooks seat. Don't get bullhorns, they are lame. I don't know how the hell you are going to spend 3-400 on parts. Get a better frame. Kilo pro is pretty lame...
If you have a crank and wheelset, the only expensive part you need is the frame. Get a sick frame instead...
