As for the poor guys that are fearful of tampering, I reiterate: Log complaints with security, do a thorough safety check of your bike before leaving work and place your bike where security can see it.
Also you might want to let everyone in the office know that "funny things" have been going on with your bike and that if anyone notices anything to contact security as they take these matters seriously. Do this casually, say, at the water cooler or over the coffee pot. You don't need to sound the alarm but let it be known that you are aware of the situation and so is security. That should make the tampering party think twice about screwing with your bike again.
