status: unsure.
Question: I'm tired. This is my second day off and I'm still tired. I'm fighting something off as my blood glucose levels are way off the mark. Here's the dilemma, next week is a rest week so should I scrap the rest of this week allowing myself 4 days off and insert my rest period now (premature) and try to recover? Or, if I feel better tomorrow, should I try to hit my second LT workout (Sat) followed by 80 min of SST (Sunday)?
Even with the two additional workouts I won't get my prescribed hours in--what do you think?
