I like to use one of my bogus E-bay bidder accounts and bid bogus sales to 20,000, ensuring I am the high bidder.
it is more effective than using E-bays scam report system.
Used it a couple times when the same guy had about 20 Madones and a bunch of other brand new high dollar bikes listed for sale, all ending at the same time, for ridiculously low prices.
