Strongly agree with this. TT + Stem length says very little about reach if you don't know the STA and handlebar drop (ie HTL).

For example, I have one bike with a 59cm TT + 130cm stem and it has the SAME saddle to handlebar distance as another with 58.5cm TT + 110cm stem... Why? Because the former has the handlebars positioned higher.

The CC calculator seems to work for some, but I think the formulas they use break down at the extremes. It's an exercise in futility (for me, at least) to try to match all three of the saddle setback, TT + stem length, and saddle to bar distance numbers. So which numbers are you supposed to choose?
