Uhhhh ... no. Your moving the (clock) time ahead/forward not the (earth) time or at least that's what I hope your doing. 0700 in the morning (after adjustment) will occur at the same (earth) time that 0600 used to occur (before adjustment). 0700 (clock) time is occurring earlier (not later) relative to (earth) time.
Either way, it's gotta be undone in the Fall ... so I'd rather just set it and forget it.
