Stan,
I took it to one of the local stomping grounds for TT/Tri riders and promptly parked myself right on the rear wheels of a couple of Specialized Tarmacs and a Klein...

I am absolutely blown away by it!
I would say that it is more twitchy than a Waterford Paramount OS and less twitchy than a Columbus Serotta of the same era... A perfect blend of features!
Superbe dropouts, full
Shimano 600 Sante group and
Campagnolo (Record?) headset...
I'll give a full rundown of it when I post it in its own thread and will stick w/ the Reynolds 700 Classic tubing for right now; I don't feel any excessive stiffness at all and find the 700 to be very supple on flats. It gives you that wonderful feeling of being "connected/a part of" the bike.
It felt very comfortable on this longer ride and was tight and responsive on high speed corners. Acceleration/full-out sprinting feels excellent and immediate to me. If I had to rate the fork as normal, stiff or extra stiff I would rate it as "stiff".
I guess that overall I would say Reynolds 700 Classic is moderately stable, very comfortable and fairly aggressive....To me anyways...
I'm smitten with it....
