Ride to Milton went only as far as 403/Burnhamthorpe (well, 9th line right there) due to time constraints, but man was that ever the hardest ride I've done. Was only about 60km in total there and back, but keeping steady pace at ~22mph/35km/h along with Steve (tall guy from Winnipeg) really worked me into the ground, heh - I'm glad he was there to keep me going, despite it running me ragged Opened my eyes that I'm a long way off being fit/strong for road riding.

I need to service my road bike and maybe replace the (damaged) Centurion frame with the Peugoet I have.

Saw that Trek 1000 Alpha on CL, but the guy has 20 folks lined up and is opening up the bidding war on it today, so I'm ducking out of that... $200 would be nice, but something seems iffy about the price and bike (too good to be true?)
