Looks like an early 80's PX8. Basic French transportation. I wouldn't mind having one but it's not a high end bike. Most probably Carbolite 103 (hi-tensile steel) tubing. I suspect it weighs around 30-lbs. For 30 Euros, I'd say grab it.
