That sucks dude. Definitely hit up the ER, you won't pay for it, so you might as well make damn sure everything is in the correct spots and such.

I'm not sure that they can write citations for things that a police officer didn't see and isn't able to be proven from the accident reconstruction (such as traveling too fast for conditions).
